He writes regularly in the International Security Journal and is an ISACA EU Advisory Taskforce member contributing to the European Commission amendment to the Cyber Security Act. Mo was recognised in 2017 by the British Computer Society for Security programme of the year. In 2018, he was recognised as a Cyber Security Innovator at the CA Awards.

His comprehensive background spans standards, guidance, codes of practice, best practices, and regulations, particularly in IoT and Connected Places. Sarb holds key positions like Steering Board Member and Co-chair of the Smart Built Environment Group at the IoT Security Foundation. Collaborating with organisations such as BSIA, NSI, ISACA, and UK CSC, he has earned recognition as an industry leader, receiving accolades from prestigious entities like CSO30 and IFSEC. Beyond awards, Sarb serves as a distinguished judge on numerous panels and is a sought-after speaker on the industry circuit.

With a career spanning over 30 years in sales, sales management and sales leadership in companies ranging from 20 to 2,000 employees both domestically and internationally Tim has a significant range of sales experience during multiple stages of company growth. His knowledge of the UK Security industry having worked in security vendors since 2002, both at and with Vendor, Distributor and VAR levels of the ecosystem has positioned him to be able to clearly steer our sales strategy and growth in the right direction.
